Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, overseas?

No. Unfortunately we do not offer shipping option to these areas at this time.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. It takes 1-2 business days for us to process your orders. Once processed(picked up by carriers), it will take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Delivery details will be provided once the shipments are picked up by carriers.

How much is the shipping cost?
  • For complete bikes, we charge $178 per order flat rate for a domestic LTL shipping to the Lower 48 States.
  • For parts & accessories, we offer FREE shipping for orders over $50, or $10 flat per order for orders below $50, shipped via Fedex/UPS ground shipping or similar.

Return, cancellation, refund

Can I cancel an order?

Orders may only be cancelled before they are marked as shipped. Once a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible. No cancellation fee applies before shipment, you get FULL REFUND.

If a delivery is refused and the item is returned to us by the carrier, applicable shipping costs and a restocking fee will be deducted, based on the specifics of each order.

How do I return an order?

Returns can only be made within 30 day of delivery date, in unused condition, no damage, in original packaging, and all original components included.*

Return shipping and handling fee will be applied.*

When will I get a refund?
  • For cancellations, refunds are issued upon approval and returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • For returns, refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected, and will be returned within 7 business days.

Warranty Related

Limited Manufacturer Warranty

In general we offer:

  • 3-Year Warranty on chassis(Main frame & swing arm).*
  • 1-Year Warranty on battery, motor, controller.*
  • 1-Year Warranty on electronics and charger.*
  • No warranty covered on mechanical parts and wearables except DOA(Defective on Arrival).
