Why This Warning Is Provided

Our electric dirt bikes and related components may contain or involve materials that fall under Prop 65 reporting requirements, including but not limited to:

• Battery systems (lithium-ion cells and internal components)

• Electrical wiring and connectors

• Metal alloys used in frames, fasteners, motors, and brake components

• Plastics, coatings, adhesives, and rubber parts

• Paints, surface treatments, and protective finishes

These materials are common throughout the powersports, electric vehicle, and consumer electronics industries and are often fully enclosed within the product during normal use.

Exposure Considerations

Prop 65 warnings are not an indication that our products are unsafe or that they violate any federal or state safety standards. Rather, the law requires warnings when exposure to listed chemicals may occur above extremely conservative thresholds, even if the risk is minimal or only theoretical.

Typical exposure scenarios may include:

• Handling certain components during assembly, maintenance, or repair

• Contact with internal parts if the product is disassembled

• Manufacturing or service-related handling

• Normal riding and intended consumer use do not typically result in significant exposure.
